My stay at this hotel was enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-furnished. The staff were friendly and the receptionist was extremely informative. The location was convenient, just on the edge of the old town, making it easy to explore the city center by foot. I found the bed to be comfortable, and the hotel itself was easy to find. it was a pleasant experience at this hotel.

The room is open concept and has everything you need. By asking for it in advance, they left us a crib installed in the room, in good condition and with lingerie. The room was very quiet and comfortable, with a large dressing room. I fell in love with the size of the bed, with a width of 180cm. All very spacious, I certainly recommend it.

The price of breakfast is excessive and it is difficult to find places to eat breakfast in the area. Although we finally found a place with a lot of variety a few minutes walk away. Another improvement would be to have an access ramp to the hotel hall. Inside there are 2 elevators, but to get in and out there are about 5 or 6 steps, which can be cumbersome to carry suitcases and/or baby carriages. Finally, the views overlook an inner courtyard of neighbors, but I understand that little can be done about it.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Vitoria. the value for money was incredible. I paid around 50euro a night and was pleasantly surprised by the modern rooms and amenities. The hotel has clearly been recently updated, with a modern TV and bathroom, and even a balcony. The location was also perfect, with the tram stopping right outside and most places of interest within a 10-minute stroll. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options at very reasonable prices.

All was great, nothing to improve.

The modern decor and luxurious features made me feel like a queen. The staff was friendly, and the breakfast was delicious. My room was quiet and comfortable, making it the perfect escape from the bustling city. I would definitely stay here again.

So convenient to be close to the city center, who needs a peaceful environment anyway? Surrounding tall ugly buildings and shady businesses add a touch of charm to the area, especially at night.

It was by far the nicest hotel we have stayed in in Spain! Just recently re-modeled, modern and very, very comfortable. Large room with dressing area, sitting area, huge balcony, free mini-bar (yup, free soft drinks!!!), great bathroom, nice decor, small flat-screen TV with some international/English channels. Very comfortable bed, pillows...a truly incredible value for the 51 E/night we paid (especially in comparison to what we wound up paying for much crappier places in Spain). The young woman at the desk was a helpful as could be, and everyone we encountered there was very pleasant.

Because it was not yet "summer" for them, the AC wasn't connected, (even though some days were up over 25 C and the room got rather warm.) Yes, we could open the balcony door, which we did of course, but there was some noice from the avenida below and a strong smell of sulfur/sewage for some reason. Other than this, our stay there was great, and I would recommend it highly to anyone.

The location of this hotel is perfect, with everything within walking distance. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with attention to detail such as a table for 8 and a king-size bed. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was included in the rate and offered a wide variety of options, including refreshing natural juice.

Reception very good, extremely informative. The receptionist only spoke Spanish, which we understand, so there was no problem. Room and bed very comfortable and very quiet. The hotel was easy to find.

No restaurant facility at weekends, unless you want a limited room service menu. A short distance away is an excellent restaurant which the receptionist recommended.

The hotel was spacious and recently renovated and we had a pleasant stay over Easter. The rooms were well-furnished and had all the amenities we needed, including a modern TV and charging outlets. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of options.

The hotel faced some negative aspects, it was quite noisy at night, which made it difficult to sleep well, and the Wi-Fi was quite expensive. We also felt that the hotel lacked a personal touch and could have benefited from more attentive customer service.
